For Investors

Before you place capital anywhere, ask what secures it.

This page explains how arrangements with Artik Trader are structured, what documentation you receive, and what to expect from a meeting. Everything is discussed in person, in writing, with your own advisers present.

What makes this different

Three things you can check yourself, rather than three things you have to believe.

Real asset security

The arrangement is secured against immovable property with a registered charge. Land does not depend on our performance to hold value.

Open to inspection

Title deeds, encumbrance certificate and valuation are handed to you. We assume you will verify independently, and we prefer it that way.

Written, never verbal

Duration, obligations and enforcement are set out in a signed agreement. Nothing important is left to a conversation or a handshake.

Where the capital works

Three books. One method.

The same risk framework has run across all three since 2007 — position sized before entry, maximum loss defined before the order, every trade written down and reviewed weekly. Nothing is traded on instinct, and no book is allowed to carry the account alone.

Equities & index

NSE cash and F&O. Liquidity screened, event days handled by rule.

MCX commodities

Gold, silver, crude, base metals. Rollover and gap risk managed explicitly.

Currency pairs

USD/INR and the majors, traded on session logic with hard leverage limits.

Who this suits

We would rather the wrong fit walk away at the first meeting than discover it later.

People who read documents before signing them
Those who will bring their own advocate to the table
Anyone who already understands that markets carry risk

Who it doesn't

If any of these describe you, we will say so directly at the meeting.

Anyone deploying capital they cannot afford to lose
Anyone looking for a fixed monthly income
Anyone expecting a guaranteed or promised return

How a conversation goes

Four steps, none of which involve transferring money through this website.

01

You request a meeting

Leave your details below. We call to fix a date. Nothing is asked of you beyond a convenient time.

02

We meet in person

The approach, the risk framework and the security structure are explained in full. Bring whoever advises you.

03

You verify the documents

Title, encumbrance certificate and valuation go to your advocate and valuer. Take as long as you need.

04

Terms are agreed in writing

Only if everything satisfies you and your advisers. Walking away at this stage costs you nothing.

Questions we're asked

The ones that come up in almost every first meeting.

What if the trading loses money?

That is the situation the security exists for. The registered charge over the property is what your agreement relies on if the capital is not returned as agreed, and the enforcement process is written into the document itself rather than left to goodwill. This is also why we ask you to have the valuation checked independently — the security is only worth what your own valuer says it is.

Can I send money through this website?

No. There is no payment facility here and there never will be. The form requests a meeting, nothing more. Anyone asking you to transfer funds in Artik Trader's name online is not us — report it to us and to the authorities.

What documents do I actually receive?

The title deed for the property offered as security, a current encumbrance certificate, an independent valuation, and the draft agreement itself. All of it goes to your advocate before anything is signed.

Why land rather than a track record?

A track record is a claim about the past that you cannot independently audit. A registered charge over property is a document at the sub-registrar's office that you can. We would rather be checked than believed.

Do you publish returns?

No performance figures, projections or return expectations appear anywhere on this site. Past performance would not indicate future results, and anyone in this market presenting it as though it does deserves scepticism.

What happens after the first meeting?

Usually nothing for a few weeks, while your advisers do their work. There is no follow-up pressure and no deadline. If we do not hear back, we assume the answer is no and leave it there.

Request a meeting

Meetings are held in Coimbatore on request, usually within a fortnight. Bring your advocate — most people do, and the conversation is better for it.

No. 7, Sri Sakthi Complex, Kurumbapalayam, Airport Road, Coimbatore – 641107

This requests a conversation only. No payment details are collected and no funds are processed through this website.
